Working in Confined Spaces Training for Construction

The Working in Confined Spaces Training course equips construction workers and site supervisors with the knowledge and skills to recognise, assess, and control the risks associated with confined space work. In line with HSE guidance and the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997, the course explains the hazards such as limited oxygen, toxic gases, restricted access, and the risk of entrapment or injury.

Learners will explore safe entry and exit procedures, emergency planning, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and the importance of monitoring the atmosphere within confined spaces. By the end of the course, participants will be able to work safely, follow legal requirements, and implement control measures that minimise risk to themselves and their colleagues.
