The Safeguarding Training for Construction course helps workers, supervisors and managers understand their responsibilities for protecting vulnerable individuals who may come into contact with construction activities. In line with UK safeguarding guidance, it explains how to recognise signs of abuse or neglect, respond appropriately to concerns and follow the correct reporting procedures.

Learners will gain practical knowledge on professional boundaries, safer working practices and what to do if they witness or receive a disclosure. By the end of the course, participants will be better equipped to act confidently, protect others, and ensure their organisation meets its safeguarding obligations.
