Mental Health in Construction Training

Woman,,Construction,And,Headache,Or,Stress,In,Home,For,Development

The Mental Health in Construction Training course raises awareness of the unique mental health challenges faced by workers in the construction industry and provides practical guidance on how to recognise, support, and respond to mental health concerns on site. In line with HSE guidance on work-related stress and wellbeing, this course highlights common triggers such as long hours, job insecurity, isolation, and high-pressure environments.

Learners will explore the signs of poor mental health, how to start supportive conversations, and where to seek professional help. The course also promotes a proactive approach to creating a culture of openness and support. By the end, participants will be better equipped to look after their own wellbeing and support their colleagues — helping to build healthier, more resilient construction teams.
