Employment Law Training

The Employment Law Training course gives managers, supervisors, and employers in the construction industry a clear understanding of their legal responsibilities towards employees under UK law. It covers key areas such as contracts of employment, working hours, holiday entitlement, equality and diversity, and the rights of both permanent and agency staff. By following UK legislation and HSE guidance where health and safety overlaps with employment rights, this course helps organisations stay compliant and fair.

Learners will also explore issues such as disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and preventing discrimination or unfair treatment in the workplace. By the end of the course, participants will be better equipped to manage their workforce in line with the law, reduce the risk of disputes, and promote a positive and legally compliant working environment.
