Sexual Harassment in the Construction Industry

female-worker-manufactury-feeling-vulnerable-intimidated

The Sexual Harassment in the Construction Industry course helps workers, supervisors, and managers understand what sexual harassment is, how it can occur on construction sites, and the serious impact it can have on individuals and organisations. Aligned with UK legislation, including the Equality Act 2010, the course explains unacceptable behaviours, legal responsibilities, and the importance of maintaining professional standards at work.

Learners will gain practical guidance on recognising harassment, reporting concerns, and supporting a culture where inappropriate behaviour is challenged and not tolerated. By the end of the course, participants will be better equipped to prevent sexual harassment, respond appropriately to incidents, and help create a respectful, safe, and inclusive construction environment.
