The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) course provides essential guidance on the legal duties and responsibilities that apply to everyone involved in construction projects in the UK. Aligned with HSE guidance, this course explains how CDM 2015 helps ensure that health and safety is properly considered from concept and design through to construction and ongoing maintenance.
Learners will gain a clear understanding of the roles of clients, designers, principal designers, principal contractors, and workers under CDM 2015. By the end of the course, they’ll know how to plan, manage, and monitor work to minimise risks, improve communication and cooperation, and help projects comply with the law — creating safer construction sites for everyone involved.
